Rowing & Endurance

The Rowing & Endurance Class is focused around providing a longer duration workout with the use of rowing, running, and all of the movements associated with a normal CrossFit workout.

Co-Town Barbell

The Olympic Lifting program focuses primarily on instructing and improving technical execution of the snatch, clean, and jerk. In addition, this class includes some strongman and powerlifting programming.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children ages 3-18. Based on the principle of mechanics, consistency and then intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence.

About CrossFit Waco

We first opened our doors January 2009, and have become the largest and most experienced CrossFit program in our area. Our facility¬†is over 13,000 sq. ft. of workout space, in addition to Men and Women’s bathrooms and showers, member lounge and coffee area, and much more.

All of our coaches hold at least a CrossFit Level 1 Certificate. Combined, our coaches offer over 25 years of CrossFit coaching experience. We hold a variety of certifications and degrees ranging from B.S. Kinesiology, Certified Mobility and Recovery, Personal Training Certifications, USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Coach, Certified C2 Rower Instructor, and CrossFit Running and Endurance Certification just to name a few.
