Strong Waco is a group class that is focused completely on getting stronger and looking stronger. This program is combination of weightlifting (snatch, clean, and jerk), powerlifting (bench, squat, and deadlift), and bodybuilding accessory work. The class is a 5 day a week program which can stand alone or can be paired with Fit Waco (our conditioning class).
Who is this class for?
EVERYONE. Whether you are a serious competitor or just looking to improve your strength and general health, the class is adjustable to any age or fitness level.
