CrossFit

Our CrossFit program is by design, constantly varied functional movements executed at a high intensity.  Classes run an hour and are lead by one of our CrossFit Level 1 or Level 2 coaches.  The goal of our CrossFit program is to create a fitness level that produces a well rounded athlete.  We are able to achieve this by incorporating the best aspects of endurance/sprint variables, weightlifting, powerlifting, and gymnastic movements.
