CrossFit delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. CrossFit’s specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
CrossFit is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and elite athletes. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
Types of CrossFit Class Programming
Our Core programming is designed to build a solid foundation in regards to fitness. Our goal is to develop body awareness, an understanding of weighted movements, and increased mobility and flexibility. The Core programming can be used by those looking to simply start a workout program, to those just looking to get a great workout in.
Performance programming is a step above our core programming. Expect to see a greater degree in intensity and complexity within the workouts. Performance programming utilizes all aspects of fitness and include plyometrics, olympic lifting, power lifting, and higher skill gymnastic movements.
The competition prep class is designed for athletes who wish to elevate their training and are serious about competing. this class is tailored to athletes wanting to complete well in local competitions, the Open, Regionals, and who knows… the CrossFit Games. The class is taught and programed by our most seasoned coaches and athletes.
