The Strategic Assessment System™ (SAS) is comprised of two DISC assessments:

  • The Person Analysis
  • The Position Analysis

The "Position Analysis" allows an organization to measure the desired behavioral characteristics required of an individual in any given position. This creates a benchmark for this position.

The "Person Analysis" allows an organization to objectively measure an individual's behavioral characteristics.

By using the "Position Analysis" and the "Person Analysis" together, an organization will:

  • Significantly increase the likelihood of placing the RIGHT individual in the position - JOB FIT.
  • Identify individual training needs.
  • Gain understanding on how to motivate/coach an individual.
