The most effective use of the DISC assessments and the Profiles Global Strategic Assessment System™ begins with DISC certification. The Profiles Global Certification programs provide in-depth training on the use of psychometric assessments, administration of DISC assessments, proper interpretation of DISC assessment and how to deploy DISC programs within your organization. Successful completion of our certification programs leads to Profiles Global accredited DISC certification, available in three levels. These programs are designed for professional development credits for members of SHRM and CHRP. Our certification program is a system that is designed to be taken in sequence from Level I to III.
Certification Level I - The Person Analysis
Certification Level 1 is a two-day, interactive training course that gives you full understanding of psychometric assessments, DISC theory and the Person Analysis. In the Level I certification course you will learn how to:
Administer the Person Analysis
Read and understand the Person Analysis
Feedback the Person Analysis to a candidate
Recognize special situations
Blend the four DISC characteristics
Read shifts from graph to graph
You will be provided with preparation material, the Profiles Global DISC Reference manual, up to four hours of coaching and consulting, access to the Strategic Assessment System and Level 1 Certification, enabling you to attend Level 2 and 3 certification courses.
Certification Level II - The Position Analysis
This one-day training seminar is for those individuals who wish to learn more about the Position Analysis and creating Position Benchmarks. During this course you will learn how to:
Administer the Position Analysis
Read and understand the Position Analysis
Facilitate a consensus meeting
Analyze the gaps between the Position Benchmark and a Person Analysis
Bridge the gaps between a Position Analysis and a Person Analysis
You will be provided with preparation material, the DISC Reference manual, access to the Strategic Assessment System and Level II Certification, allowing you to attend Level III Certification.
Certification Level III - Train the Trainer Program
Certification Level II provides those individuals certified in DISC with the skills needed to allow their organizations to tap the full potential of this powerful management tool. In this course you will:
Learn to conduct DISC training programs
Learn the basics of DISC coaching
Delve deeper into DISC theory
Learn small group facilitation
You will also receive preparation material, DISC Reference manual, Level III Certification, enabling you to facilitate DISC seminars in-house.
